The quality policy of Tatabányai Rugógyártó Kft. has been developed in accordance
with its strategic values: SECURITY, FLEXIBILTY, BALANCE and QUALITY. Our
objectives are linked to these values:

  1. SECURITY
    Our strategic goal and mission is to do our best to maintain a secure
    market position in our business, which also serves to safeguard our jobs
    and thus our employees’ sense of security. A key aspect to that is ‘standing on more business feet’ – both in terms of customers and industries.
    To maintain our security, we continuously monitor our company’s
    performance, efficiency and the diversity of the supplied markets.
  2. FLEXIBILITY
    We do our utmost to meet our customers’ needs in a flexible and proactive way. We strive to continously improve this value through appropriate organisational attitude.
    To ensure our flexibility, we constantly monitor the speed and accuracy of
    our services.
  3. BALANCE
    Balance plays an important role in our company life: we can only achieve
    our goals with colleagues living a balanced mental and physical life.
    Creating a healthy and friendly workplace is a key priority. Our aim is to
    promote a stress-free working environment for our employees that

    everyday life. We strongly promote that commitment to quality should be a

    products. We constantly modernise our production equipment to improve
    the quality of our products and to minimise environmental effects. Our

CODE OF ETHICS

In this Code of Ethics, our company lays down the basic principles of conduct that all employees and interested partners of our company are obliged to observe – wherever they operate, whether it is representing the company or even private, everyday activities. Violation of our code of ethics may lead to termination of employment or termination of contract.

BASIC PRINCIPLES

We have formulated the basic principles of our company's operation along the following four values:

Along the lines of the above principles, in this code, we have formulated the following obligations and expectations:

I. BUSINESS ETHICS

WE OBSERVE and MAKE OTHERS OBSERVE regulations regarding business
activity, legislation, customer requirements, and internal processes during any of our activities.

We act HONESTLY AND RELIABLY on behalf of our company.

WE DO NOT TOLERATE ANY FORM OF BRIBERY OR ‘MOTIVATING
PAYMENTS’. We take care to avoid any situation in the course of our work that could call our integrity into question and that could lead to a conflict of interest .

WE PROTECT our own and our partners' intellectual property.

II. DATA PROTECTION

Our company handles personal and special data in accordance with current legal regulations. For that we have introduced our data protection policy.

If you are aware of any misuse of personal or special data, or if the database is damaged, please report it to any manager immediately!

III. COMMUNICATION, INTERNET

Our company expects its employees to behave on social media and on the Internet in ways that do not endanger the company's reputation.
During working hours the use of the Internet is only permitted for work purposes.
Visiting social media sites, uploading photos, and posting are activities that are not allowed during working hours.

Video recording for external purposes is only permitted on company premises with the permission of management. Our employees can only make recordings in the interest of the company, to the extent necessary for their work.
In topics related to our company's activities and employees, only the managing director may give an interview or communicate orally, or in writing with media representatives.

IV. FAIR EMPLOYER CONDUCT

Our company does everything to create an organizational culture based on respect.
In addition to complying with the law, we strive to create an environment that respects all employees.
The organization makes any decision solely with regard to qualifications, prior
experience, the individual's abilities, performance, values, and other aspects related to the job. The employees of the company are obliged to take any decision or action without discrimination of any kind (regardless of gender, race, skin color, religious belief, nationality, age, sexual orientation, etc.).

V. ENVIRONMENT, HEALTH AND OCCUPATIONAL PROTECTION

Our company strives to carry out its activities safely and with a low environmental impact with the commitment of its employees and the guidance of the management.
All this on waste management, or in addition to the regulation of harmful emissions, it applies to all activities of the company. Due to the above, our company expects the active participation of its employees in activities related to hazardous substances, as well as in all other activities that help reduce workplace risks.
In order to protect non-smokers, our company acts in accordance with current legal regulations and supports employees in quitting smoking.
One of the most important values for our company is the preservation of the health of employees. The company takes conscious steps to improve the working environment and reduce physiological and psychological factors. To this end, the company provides sports opportunities for its employees, and if necessary, supports the health-conscious activities of its employees with health, nutrition, and lifestyle advice .

VI. MAKING A COMPLAINT

This chapter sets out how the company's employees can report to the company's management if they experience actions or behavior that violate the code of ethics or any law.
The purpose of the regulation is to facilitate the method of employee signals in the situations described above, and at the same time to ensure anonymity, or full discretion.

1. Who is entitled to report a problem/comment?

Any employee of our company, as well as an employee of our partner, has the
opportunity to make a confidential comment.

2. What kind of problems can be reported?

Any problem can be reported, which is related to bribery, or the code of ethics, or refers to a violation of the law, and because of this you feel uncomfortable about it.
Additional examples for which you can report:

  • in case of racial, sexual or other discrimination;
  • in case of experiencing environmental damage;
  • in case of harassment;
  • in case of neglect of customers and partners, abuse of their goodwill.

3. Protection of the commenter

The company's senior management will do everything to ensure that you receive all the help you need in the above activities and ensure maximum discretion. At the same time , it will do its best to ensure that you do not experience any disadvantage or inconvenience after reporting it.
When reporting problems, you can make your comment with or without a name.

5. What will happen?

Senior management will get back to you as soon as possible after the
announcement. At the same time, the senior management will do everything possible to ensure that you do not face any difficulties or disadvantages due to your comments.
